The largest companies and significant website have been "hacked" across the Globe at some point, costing them (or insurance companies) millions of dollars. But even the smallest business and personal sites have been hacked simply because some [normally a] youth in some part of the world wanted to challenge his or her skill and cause a stranger some trouble.

Nothing more than mischief, but for the smaller business owner, a headache all the same. Without the expensive security that you would doubtfully invest in, you and I are vulnerable to varying degrees. And even if you did invest in "bank-heavy" security, many hackers are in it for the challenge. Their version of "fun" is to find ways around the best security.

Media Architects offers security enhancement measures within its latest web design that make them difficult to hack; we avoid making your website an easy target. Some of these measures are included in your new cms website designs as a default application.

A further measure is to apply an extra login before the CMS login page. You can request this be added if you currently login to make edits online. This amounts to 2 logins to arrive at the same administration page, but the added login is stored where a hacker can not view it in the server files. If you would like to add this bit of security, the 1-time charge is 35.00 for current clients. There are steps beyond this of course. Sitelock can be applied, as well as 24-hour human surveillance (noting, we do not offer web design for financial and insurance, and related, companies).

Please note it is $60. pre-paid for non-clients to apply the extra password feature. You will have to provide the complete login information for access to your website cpanel on your hosting server. Please be prepared with having tested these logins before you contact Media Architects. Assure that they work and open "cpanel". Thank you.
